VeriFone VX520 – How To Do A Refund

How to do the Refund

1. Press F4 [Refund]

( Enter password: 1 alpha alpha 6 6 8 3 1 if applicable)

2. Press the amount that wants to refund

3. Press [Enter]

4. Insert the customer card

5. Remove the card if it prompts to [Remove card]

6. Press [Enter]

7. Press F1 for customer receipt

How to void by Invoice Number

1. Press F3 [Void]

2. Press F1  [Yes] to void last transaction
Press F2 [No] to void the different transaction

3. Press [F1] for Invoice Number

4. Enter the Invoice Number

5. Press [Enter]

6. Press [F1] to confirm to void

7. Press [Enter] to print the customer copy

How to run sale with EMV Chip

1. Press F2 [Sale]

2. Enter the sale amount

3. Press [Enter]

4. Insert the chip card

5. Remove the chip card when it prompts to [Remove Card]

6. Press [Enter]

7. Press F1 to print customer copy

8. Press F2 for [No]

How to adjust the tip by invoice number

1. Press [Tip] to initialize a tip adjustment

2. Press [F4] to search for Invoice

3. Enter the Invoice Number (Located on the receipt)

4. Press [Enter]

5. Press [F1] to adjust the amount

6. Enter the tip amount

7. Press [Enter] 3 times

8. Press [F3] for the next tip adjustment

9. Press [Red Key] 2 times for exit

Điều chỉnh tiền Tip bằng số hóa đơn
 
1. Bấm [Tip] để bắt đầu điều chỉnh tiền Tip

2. Bấm [F4] để tìm số hóa đơn

3. Nhập số Invoice Number (Số Invoice nằm trong receipt)

4. Bấm [ Enter]

5. Bấm [F1] để điều chỉnh số tiền
