How to do the Refund
1. Press F4 [Refund]
( Enter password: 1 alpha alpha 6 6 8 3 1 if applicable)
2. Press the amount that wants to refund
3. Press [Enter]
4. Insert the customer card
5. Remove the card if it prompts to [Remove card]
6. Press [Enter]
7. Press F1 for customer receipt
